Our Process
It starts with a free consultation in your home. We look at the space, talk through what's not working, and understand your budget before recommending anything. From there we work with you on the layout and help you choose fixtures, flooring and finishes that suit both your style and your budget.
Once the design is set, we get to work. We use durable, water-resistant products: quality glazing, flooring, cabinetry, lighting and hardware built to handle a wet room for years, not just look good on day one. Our own licensed tradespeople carry out all the installation and construction; we don't hand the job to subcontractors. Trickier elements like heated flooring get installed properly the first time.
We manage the whole project to a schedule we share with you upfront: demolition, consents, ordering materials, installation and the final details, typically over 4 to 6 weeks. We keep you updated as we go, and because we've done this a lot, we usually see problems coming before they cause a delay.
